The project was developed by one of the best architects of Adjara, GWC group, who considered all requirements of «Premium class» building. GBC apartments have so called smart layout, which allows you to use the area of the premises as efficiently as possible. The building project and planning of apartments allow each customer to find the most suitable option for them: the total area of flats varies from 35 m2 to 121 m2.
On each floor of the building, a technical zone is provided.
