Advantages of Geverse residential complex's location
While developin an idea about GBC, we had 2 priorities: Construction quality and location. Construction part is made by the leading company in Georgia, LLC Anagi and controlled by our architects. Choosing a location for residential complex we were considering such factors as the proximity of the sea, the lack of roads with a large traffic load, the presence of a developed infrastructure in the area (shops, schools, cafes etc.), the closeness of the recreational zone (Park, Batumi Boulevard, cable car, etc.).
A short list of Batumi sights:
Beach - 900m;
Batumi cable car – 900m;
Piazza square – 800m;
Boulevard – 800m;
6 May Park - 800m;'
Europe square - 600m;
Batumi Cathedral – 400m;
1st school – 400m;
Museum - 300m;
Fire station – 10m.
For GBC we found a land that meets all the above criteria. Residential complex has convenient access roads from Gorgasali and Zubalashvili streets and the central street of Batumi Chavchavadze. In the immediate vicinity of housing, there is a school, a kindergarten, the State Museum of K. Akhvlediani and the Fine Arts Museum on Gorgiladze Street, children's entertainment center and the Dolphinarium. A closeness of objects above will be appreciated by each parent. Family leisure places are also within walking distance: Boulevard, May 6th Park, Europe Square.
The undisputed advantage of our residential complex's location is a short distance to the beach. From apartment’s windows located on 9th floor and above, astonishing view of the sea, mountains and Old Batumi appears. This will make your living not only comfortable but even more pleasant. In walking distance (10 m) from our residential building, there is an architectural monument of the 19th century Fire station building.
Batumi Fire Station
In front of GBC is located oldest fire station in Batumi. The construction was built by the end of XIX century at the corner of two street intersection, which is now called Zubalashvili and May 26. It is an L-shaped, two-storey, red building.
By the time this station was constructed, it was the highest building in Batumi. The government of that time did not allow to construct the building the higher than the structure tower. Today, looking around in Batumi, it's hard to imagine that this modern high-rise city was once two-storey, and one could view the whole city from the tower.
Batumi fire station is not just a construction, but a building that stores a huge part of Adjarian history. The fire station of Batumi was recognized as Cultural Heritage Monument. And despite all its historical value and antiquity, remains valid up to present.
